During the winter season, all the liquid inside the bulb will be at room temperature. When you first remove the thermometer from the box, you can use it without shaking it. However, if needed, please reset (shake) the thermometer before using it.

This thermometer is specifically designed with a stop feature in the tube to help you lock in the data. While the temperature can rise, it will not decrease automatically unless you shake it (tip it down).

By rotating the thermometer slightly, between 3 to 5 degrees, you can easily adjust the viewing angle to read your temperature accurately.

Avoid putting the thermometer in hot water, as the high temperature may exceed the thermometer's range, potentially causing damage.

Do not place the thermometer in the refrigerator or in cold water to reset it. The only way to bring the liquid back down is to vigorously shake the thermometer.
